
I am exploring with this recipe right now. Last time I mixed about 1 1/2 C of whole wheat flour with white flour and it turned out to be a good wheat bread. I also baked that one with a preheated oven. The result was ok but seemed like it didn't come out softly like the one I baked with a non preheated oven.
This Jalapeno cheese bread came out really good. I probably put too much Jalapeno and cheese so next time I will use less.
