Basic White Bread

This is THE BEST bread I've ever made so far!!!
I was very surprised how it came out. I finally could make a fluffy sandwich bread.
Next time I will combine white flour and white flour, I also want to try with Jalapeño and cheese. This is definitely a keeper!
