Golden Spice Pancakes

My first cooking in 2008. I made Golden Spice Pancakes from Vegan Fatfree Kitchen! It smelled perfect but mine didn't come out good. Probably I mixed the dough too much so that it became tough. Or needed more than 1 1/2 cups orange juice, I'll try again.
