I had very riped bananas which was pretty over riped. I needed to eat them immediately but I don't like the taste of over riped bananas so I made this Muffins. I like this recipe because it was a very simple process and turned out great. I only got 6 sm-med sized muffins instead of the 10 stated in the recipe but which was perfect because 10~12 muffins are too much for two of us.
