
I tried this Manicotti with Spinach Riccota and Spinach tomato sauce. It came out good. Just one thig that this time I didn't precook the Manicotti Noodles because I heard that I don't need to, but I didn't like this way, because it took more time to bake so that the sauce got dry and the tip of the noodle became hard.
Also I made Eggplant with Sweet miso. I love sweet miso. This is one of my favorite Japanese foods.
