The "Brooklyn Pad Thai" was very spicy that I couldn't even eat but I liked the taste a lot. I was happy with how it came out. I'll definitely make it again but with less hot Chile sauce.
For the Kabocha Squash Stuffed with Butternut Vindaloo," I couldn't find the Kabocha so I used Acorn squash and C doesn't like any squash so I didn't use butternut squash either but a lot of potatoes. It turned out pretty good.
